nonPareil is proud to announce new and expanded partnerships with Samsung Electronics America, CTIA’s WISE Certification, and iFixAmerica, strengthening our commitment to providing meaningful, hands-on workforce training opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum.

These partnerships support nonPareil’s continued efforts to bridge the gap between training and employment by connecting students with real-world industry experience and in-demand technical skills.

Expanding Opportunities

Through collaboration with industry leaders, nonPareil is expanding access to mobile technology training and workforce development opportunities. These programs are designed to equip students with practical, job-ready skills in a growing field, while fostering independence and work readiness.

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to inclusion in the technology workforce and the development of accessible career pathways for neurodiverse individuals.

WISE Training Program Coming to nonPareil Plano

As part of this expansion, nonPareil Plano will soon launch new training opportunities tied to the WISE (Wireless Industry Service Excellence) Certification training program. WISE Certification is a program established and facilitated by CTIA, and is recognized as the global standard for device repair.

This specialized certification pathway will provide students with hands-on experience in mobile device repair and diagnostics, preparing them for careers in a high-demand, rapidly evolving industry.

The WISE Certification training represents an exciting step forward in bringing industry-recognized credentials directly into nonPareil’s learning environment in Plano.

Samsung’s Commitment to Workforce Development

As part of its ongoing support, Samsung Electronics America is helping connect nonPareil members to mobile training programs that support earning WISE Certification and gaining real-world, hands-on experience.

Jasper Morse, Director of Business Operations, at Samsung Electronics America shared:

“We believe in providing meaningful career opportunities to those on the autism spectrum that align to their skills and affinity for careers like mobile phone repair.  We’re proud to have helped enable these opportunities for nonPareil through this partnership that will also result in qualified technicians for the mobile phone repair industry. ”
